House Mihovilović Premantura

The house is located in the heart of Premantura. It’s a stone house, built  hundreds years ago, which can accommodate up to 5 persons. It comprises of three bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a terrace; all together about 100 m2 of living space. In front of the house is a big garden with a barbecue and a table. The house is equipped with all standard devices and two main bedrooms are air conditioned so as to offer you a cozy sleep during the hottest summer nights. The natural park Cape Kamenjak is located about 300 meters (5 minutes of walk) from the house.
