Villa Nika Premantura
Villa Nika was completed after the birth of our first granddaughter Nika, in the spring of 2011. With constructing of our new apartments, we have had complete support of our daughter and son-in-law, Ivana and Rok Planinc, who have been paying attention to every detail of the space to enable our guests to feel comfortable and pleasant during their stay in our accommodation units. Our house and Villa Nika are located in the center of Premantura, but on the other hand they are hidden from the summer crowds and traffic. You are close to the town, shops, restaurants, bars, travel agencies, markets, patisseries, ATMs but you don’t see or hear them.Beach is at a walking distance, the nearest is approximately 600 meters away, but wherever you are situated, make sure you visit the Cape Kamenjak, a protected landscape of nature, by foot, bicycle or car. All apartments, except apartment Ivana, were built in the spring of 2011.

Situated at the end of the peninsula, immersed in the blue-green sea, it creates a magnificent sight. 30 kilometres of coastline, bays and beaches, uninhabited islands, unique flora and breathtaking landscape make Premantura a unique place. Its sea is one of the cleanest in the Mediterranean. The typical Mediterranean architecture gives the impression of a sleepy sea town, which resists the sea winds. In the centre, there is the tower of the church of Saint Lovro, the patron of Premantura, which is visible from the sea and has served as a landmark for fishermen and sailors for years. Its history goes deep into the past. The traces of dinosaurs, 70 million years old, on the nearby island Fenoliga, and remnants of the old buildings a few thousand years old, witness the early presence of life on the peninsula.
